Have a relevant degree & 2+ years experience in a similar role
Be a flexible, hard working, self starter
Have attention to detail, honesty & integrity
Proficiency in computer use, especially email, word & excel
Be excited to & have prior experience developing the procedures & systems to do the role efficiently
Factory Manager
Invegrow is the only decade old industrial hemp company in Malawi and we have worked many years alongside a Government research facility to propagate varieties suitable to growing conditions here. Our facility is the largest and most advanced in the country. And now we need someone to help us oversee the procurement, storage & maintenance of raw inputs, packaging, equipment & machinery as well as the overall warehouse operations including managing the teams & processes responsible for the production of our whole product catalogue.
And you will be committed to achieving it all in ways that maintain GACP and ISO2200 certification standards.
